The Programmer (fan-given name) is the creator of the game Party Country and is therefore also the reason for the existence of Cat Ghost.
Description[]
Not much is known about the programmer besides what he told about himself through coded messages in Exit. His existence is only occasionally hinted at in the seriees, and his face has never been revealed.
As told by the programmer himself, in 1983 he played an Atari 5200 at a friend's house at the age of 10, which served as his introduction to video games. Several years later, he bought a Commodore computer, and started coding as a hobby.
Creation of Party Country[]
14 years later, in 1997, a coworker saw one of the Programmer's projects and encouraged him to get it published.
