CatGhost 13 Acceptance is the thirteenth episode of the Cat Ghost webseries. It was uploaded to the Cat Ghost Youtube Channel on December 6, 2019 as the fifth episode of the Portal Saga.
The episode was accompanied by the game Exit.
In the episode, Elon learns to accept the truth about herself and her universe. It is the finale of Cat Ghost.
Synopsis[]
The episode begins with a series of doors opening, and then cuts to Malone and Elon in the attic, standing on cages. While Malone tries to explain the universe to Elon, a heated argument ensues. Elon claims to be in charge, but Malone explains how insignificant she really is, and the she never even existed. Elon transforms into a demonic creature and begins yelling at Malone, who also transforms into a white, glowing entity, and points out Elon's hypocrisy and wrongdoings.
There are some quick scenes of flashbacks, and suddenly Elon finds herself in front of the mirror, with the Watcher staring at her. Elon angrily tries to talk to it, but hears no response until it suddenly reveals itself as the Skinwalker, possesing Elon's human form. The Skinwalker starts calling Elon a "monster", "thief of innocence", "con artist", and "murderer". When Elon asks who the Skinwalker is, it explains that it was created by her and Naarah, when they failed to perform a ritual properly. It then torments Elon by calling her more evil things while flames appear in the background.
The background "glitches" and changes, and now Elon is floating in the void all by herself. Her thoughts can be heard as she starts to reflect on her situation, and how badly she treated Naarah. The camera quickly zooms down to what appears to be the surface of a planet, where Malone is standing with Key. Malone observes as the souls of Elon, Naarah, and Gideon float down into Key, which then shatters and reveals Throne. Malone tells it to "seek out other children that have fallen from their path, and help them reach their full potential", after which Throne jumps into a portal. Malone looks around and finds the frog, and after initially not knowing what to do with her, gives her "a promotion", and the frog also jumps (or is thrown) into the portal.
The episode then fades to the void again, where a human Elon is sitting on a throne, with human Malone standing next to her. Malone asks Elon what she will do now that her journey has ended. Elon looks at the snow globe she is holding in her hand, and with a smile answers "absolutely nothing".
Credits then roll, including all donators on the Cat Ghost Patreon. This is followed by a slideshow of art done by fans of the show, a personal thank you to channels that covered CatGhost, and a message that the Cat Ghost universe would continue, including a link to the Cat Ghost Website.
