| ELON | Look at him. Sleeping. Like a baby! | |
| NAARAH | Yeah, like a fat, little baby! | |
| ELON | Like a little, fat ugly baby. | |
| NAARAH | Like a fat, ugly little abandoned baby! | |
| ELON | Because the baby was so fat and ugly, no one would ever love him. | |
| There is a pause as they watch him sleeping. | ||
| ELON & NAARAH | GIDEON! | |
| GIDEON | [Waking up] Huh? Oh, geez. [Sarcastically] Oh, awesome. It's you two. What do you want? | |
| ELON | Rise and shine, birthday boy! It's time for a surprise. | |
| GIDEON | I'm sorry, I think you've made a mistake. It's not my birthday. Now go away. | |
| NAARAH | Get dressed, 'cause we're going to Party Country! | |
| GIDEON | Please explain what "Party Country" is. | |
| ELON | It's a magical, wonderful land! Filled with bumper cars, arcade games and lazer tag. | |
| NAARAH | We just discovered it last week! | |
| GIDEON | Wow. Please let me finish my nap and I'll get right on that. | |
| NAARAH | Gideon, if you don't get up, we're gonna put a curse on you! | |
| GIDEON | But you've already put a curse on me: you've kept me from sleeping. | |
| Elon and Naarah's eyes begin glowing red. | ||
| ELON | [Demonic voice] Come on, Gideon! It's time! | |
| NAARAH | [Demonic voice] You have to give in, Gideon! | |
| ELON | [Demonic voice] You can't resist the birthday! | |
| GIDEON | Alright guys, enough with the glowing eyes, you've made your point. I'll come with you. | |
| ELON & NAARAH | Yay, birthday! | |
| Cabin | ||
| Gideon, Elon and Naarah are inside the Cabin. Gideon is wearing a blindfold. | ||
| ELON | Okay, keep them closed! No peeking! | |
| ELON | Three, two, one, surprise! | |
| Gideon's blindfold comes off. | ||
| They reveal a cake. | ||
| GIDEON | Wow, that cake is, uh... | |
| Naarah glares at him. | ||
| GIDEON | It looks... fantastic. | |
| ELON | Naarah, that cake looks like it's... seen better days. | |
| NAARAH | Do you have any idea how hard it is to make a cake without hands?! | |
| ELON | Well, all I have is these paws! I can't even hold a spatula. All I can do is bat at frosting and look adorable! | |
| NAARAH | Yeah, I miss having a body. | |
| ELON | Yeah, me too. | |
| Pause. | ||
| GIDEON | I have no idea what you two are talking about. | |
| ELON | Shut up and eat your cake! | |
| At "Party Country" | ||
| Elon, Naarah and Gideon are standing on an arcade cabinet labelled 'PARTY COUNTRY'. | ||
| ELON | This is it! Party Country. | |
| NAARAH | Go on, Gideon, play the game! | |
| GIDEON | This looks like an incredibly fun game to play, but I'd rather be playing something like Able Whackets, or Up Jenkins. | |
| NAARAH | Wow, you are so old! | |
| ELON | Get with the times, old man! This is what all the cool kids are playing now. Come on, play! | |
| NAARAH | Yeah, "dad!" It's time to stop complaining about children and back pain and try something new! | |
| GIDEON | You two are the friendliest bunch I've ever met. | |
| Gideon starts tapping the blue button. | ||
| GIDEON | Alright. Actually, uh, I think I'm, um, getting the hang of this. Actually kind of fun! | |
| As the camera zooms out, Elon and Naarah have disappeared for a moment before being back in the next moment. | ||
| ELON | Play the game, Gideon! | |
| NAARAH | [Demonic voice] Play. The. Game! | |
| GIDEON | I don't know if you're looking in my direction, but uh, I am playing the game. | |
| ELON & NAARAH | [Chanting] Play! Play! Play! Play! Play! Play! | |
| GIDEON | Alright, stop. I am. I'm playing, thank you. Thank you for noticing. | |
| Gideon is "teleported" into the game. | ||
| Inside the Game | ||
| The Party Country game's screen is filled with static. The camera zooms in before the static clears, showing a pixelated Gideon in the Dark Forest. | ||
| Gideon walks onto another screen, discovering Elon's skeleton. | ||
| ELON'S SKELETON | It burns. I can't feel my skin! | |
| GIDEON | Wow, that's super interesting, but I gotta go. | |
| Gideon walks onto another screen, discovering Key, which he proceeds to walk past. | ||
| Gideon walks onto another screen, discovering a Bust. | ||
| BUST | Let us reunite. | |
| GIDEON | Alright, I'm cool with that I guess... | |
| The screen turns to static. | ||
| Outside | ||
| Gideon wakes up outside. | ||
| GIDEON | Oh! Woah! Oh. Oh. Oh thank heavens, it was only a dream. Wait, what's that? | |
| Gideon catches sight of the cake from earlier. | ||
| GIDEON | Wow, it's that ugly cake! I guess it wasn't a dream. Oh well. | |
| GIDEON | [Waves to the camera] Bye. | |
